Bilingual Customer Service Rep

$13-$15 per hour + Bonus; Must be fluent in English & Spanish

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish speaking) person for our North Dallas office in Addison. The ideal candidate has one year of customer service experience in a call center environment and is wanting to broaden their skill-set into a collections position. Training is provided.

The Bilingual Collections Representative is responsible for making & receiving calls daily, taking payments and negotiating re-payment plans. Candidates will have a passion for customer service, persuasive personality, bilingual in English/Spanish, self-motivated and professional. Full-time, Temp-to-Hire position.  40 hours per week with Sunday and a weekday off; 
Weekly schedule: Tues through Fri 11 AM-8 PM AND every Saturday 8 AM to 5 PM

**Bonus begins after 90 day probationary period

Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
